Sheila is the practice manager at Westside.  She enjoys working with the doctors, staff, clients and pets at the clinic.  Sheila has lived on a farm most of her life, and loves working with cattle.  Sheila also helps maintain the website and Facebook presence for the clinic.

Sheila and her dog, Widget, enjoy spending the weekends working on her family farm and out on the 4-wheeler.

Colette is our receptionist. She began work here in September, 2012, and enjoys working with the people and animals.

Colette and her husband, Larry, along with their three children, have two cats, Gary and Muffin, and one dog, Jon Jon. When she’s not here at the clinic, she enjoys reading, bowling, hiking, and watching movies.

London began working at Westside July 2017 as a part-time receptionist.  She is the youngest of four girls, and loves spending time with her family and 6 nieces and nephews.

London grew up with one dog, Jersey, but now has a blue heeler named Jake, a quarter horse named Jasmine (with a colt on the way), and over 60 head of cattle on her family farm (most of which also have names!).

London loves animals, and she wants to be able to help them and their loving owners the best she can! She says everyone at the clinic has been kind and helpful, and seeing the bond the pets and owners have brightens each day!

When not at the clinic, London loves spending time on the farm, singing (a life-long hobby), and all things Fixer Upper, Star Wars, and The Beatles!  Make sure to say "Hi" when you see London at the front desk!! :-)

Isabel has lived, worked, and breathed WVC since October of 1999.  She loves the variety of day to day work here at the clinic; she never knows what each day will bring, but she always knows what she is going to wear!

Having lived in many different places throughout her life, Isabel jokingly says she loves the weather here in mid-Missouri the best (the mild winters and the summers in the mid 70s with low humidity to be exact). Her family of adopted pets includes 4 dogs and 2 cats.

Isabel is a self-proclaimed artist and enjoys spontaneous sketching.

Josh has been a veterinary assistant at Westside since 2012, and has been a great addition to the team with his love of the pets and great client communication.

Josh is a life-long mid-Missourian, and prior to coming to Westside, he worked at a private no-kill animal shelter for 10 years.  Josh has two daughters and a rescued pit bull named Lulu.

Jessica began working here in August 2010 while in high school, and enjoys being able to work with a variety of pets. Living in California, Missouri, Jessica sought out a position at WVC because of her interest in small animal medicine. She has wanted to work with pets since childhood. At home Jessica has two Australian Shepherds, Tessie and Tripp, an Appaloosa horse named Comanche, and 3 cats Zoey, Oscar, and Tails.

When she's not working or taking care of her crew at home, Jessica can be found attending Vet Tech school in Kansas City.

She also enjoys hunting or fishing, horseback riding and four wheeling, listening to her favorite music or just hanging out with her friends and family.

Brooke began work as a veterinary assistant at Westside in July 2015. She loves working with animals and enjoys how much she gets to interact and learn about the pets.  She has Blue, a happy, energetic Maltese and Mallory, a lab she adopted from the shelter!

Brooke has been a great and energetic addition to the clinic, and loves to learn more!

Ben began work as a veterinary assistant at Westside in July 2017. He wanted to try something new. :-)

When not working or playing with his Silky Terrier named Tizzy, Ben likes to play piano, read, and travel.  Ben says his favorite part of working at the clinic so far is how personable everyone is with the pets and customers. Be sure to say hi to Ben the next time you're in!

Amanda joined the Westside team as a veterinary assistant in August 2016.  She has grown up in the area, and has worked in multiple states and at different vet clinics. She chose to join our team at Westside  because she desires to work in a small, respectful, local veterinary clinic with a great team, and she enjoys the welcoming nature of all the personnel.

Amanda has a 3 year old Miniature Pinscher named Cleopatra and a 1 year old Tabby Cat named Annabelle.  When she's not working, Amanda enjoys kayaking, hiking, camping, swimming, spending time with family and friends- especially the four-legged ones!   :-)

Anna started working at Westside in May 2013 with our boarding and hospitalized patients. She is now leading our boarding team, and also works as a veterinary assistant! She is studying at Lincoln University to go to vet school!

Anna has a strong love of animals and lives on her farm with her 7 dogs, Daisy (pictured), Izzy, Cookie, Sugar Bee, Risky, Jorja, and Dandy.  Her family also has many cats, 10 goats, cattle, chickens, ducks and 2 cockatiels. In her spare time, Anna enjoys fishing, reading, drawing, and taking walks with her dogs.

Harlee began working at Westside October 2017 as a veterinary assistant.  She was born and raised in Jefferson City with her wonderful mother and 1 brother and 2 sisters.  Harlee and her fiance have 3 pets they love dearly (no favorites, all equally loved), one dog, Miles, and 2 cats, Autumn and Ash.

Harlee wanted to be a vet as a kid, and is excited to start her career here at Westside.  She says anytime she was around animals she fell in love with them and it was hard to get her away!

Harlee likes to try new things and explore God's creations. She also likes traveling, hiking, spending time with family, and meeting new people. Her enthusiasm for learning is contagious, and we're excited to have her at Westside!  :-)

Lauren began working as kennel assistant with us in May 2017.  She loves animals and enjoys seeing the different types of and personalities of the pets that visit us at Westside!

Lauren and her family have 5 cats (Polly, Fizzy, Fuzzy, Rascal, Oscar) and 3 dogs (Molly, Sophie, Zeus).  When she's not taking care of her furry family members, Lauren enjoys baking new recipes, reading books, driving, and listening to music.
